By acceptance of services of Kings Cross Logistics, customer and any other party with an interest in the goods agree to these Terms and Conditions of Contract.

13. Miscellaneous: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Kings Cross Logistics with respect to the use      of the Services and Site. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions      shall remain in full force and effect.
